ทรัมป์ ทำผลงานยอดเยี่ยมตลอดฤดูกาล โดยคว้าแชมป์เซี่ยงไฮ้ มาสเตอร์ส, ซาอุดี อาระเบีย สนุกเกอร์ มาสเตอร์ส และ ยูเค แชมเปี้ยนชิพ บวกกับได้รองแชมป์อีก 3 รายการ ส่วนศึกชิงแชมป์โลก แม้จะไม่ได้แชมป์ แต่ก็ผ่านเข้าถึงรอบรองชนะเลิศ
